This assignment is about conducting a consultation report on quality management on a low cost carrier-easyJet and present it to the senior management. As shown in the word document there are two parts in the assignment: Report part 1 and report part 2. Report 1 deals more with a general evaluation of quality management within easyjet and part 2 is picking one single issues and conduct an analysis. It is recommended that we use graphs and tables throughout so can the writer follow instructions in the assignment description. I have attached personal researches which I believe would be relevant.
