A reflective reading response is a blend of personal, emotional, and intellectual reflections about given reading material, with a greater weight on the intellectual aspect. Reflective reading responses do not summarize the text that has been read. Instead, they are analytical. They are not like diary entries, but neither are they a list of objective observations. Over time, reflective reading responses may trace a writer’s developing thought about a topic. The reflective reading responses (RRR) for this course will be 500 words each. Focus questions will be posted in the modules where these assignments occur.
