Has the PICOT project changed your thoughts on Evidence-Based Practice or not? What are the barriers affecting your project that you identified while completing this project? One APA referenced article should be referenced. I attached the project that I’m doing. I think to make it easy I really like researching and taking time with my mentor and learn EBP project like we are doing now. however the only downside I will say maybe at this time, because of time straining working more hrs because of corona it is a little hard to spend time as much as I want to. as RN we are very busy at work. other than that you can put whatever you want to say. thank you
