This is a strategic management class, and this is my final report. The final report include 4 parts <<1. An expanded executive summary (1 page) 2. Material from the interim report as outlined above (approximately 6 pages) 3. An analysis of the factors driving performance at the top and bottom firms identified (4-5 pages) 4. Recommendations to the CEO of the bottom-performing firm (3 pages)>>. What I need to do is the 3rd part (work only on 3rd part), analysis of factors driving performance at the top and bottom firms. Please edit base on 3rd part and expand 3rd part between 4-5 pages. Check any gramma mistake and edit it to correct APA format. We choose 2 companies, Marriott as the leader and Wyndham as the laggard. The report require my team to work as advisor of Wyndham the laggard and provide suggestions.
