Saudi Political Health Paper

I would like to write 4 page double spaced paper Times New Roman Size 12 Font APA Format describing the government in Saudi Arabia, its origins, and what, if any, input individuals outside of the government have on legislative/ruling policy.. Are there any democratic processes, are there political parties? How does the Saudi government function? As a health care provider what is your role related to the functioning of the government?
