You are part of a leadership team for one of the companies in the case. You are tasked with recommending a plan of action to your board of directors to address your company’s top 3 concerns related to the rise of the AV industry. Your presentation should: Address the judges as your board of directors and tell them the company you represent Describe the top 3 concerns facing your company and why (concerns to address include but are not limited to: the technology, public perception/attitudes, ethical dilemmas, legal questions, infrastructural challenges, pricing/market shifts, safety concerns, job loss and/or creation, and privacy/security concerns) Recommend a plan of action to address each concern, backed by evidence from the case and any additional research Be no more than 10 minutes Have significant contribution and participation from all team members Focus on analysis, not on doing a “book report” or summary of the case
